Pearlana Singh, mostly known as “Pearl” by her friends and colleagues, is as cutting edge as they come.
Since childhood, Pearlana has had an immense fascination with the Hunger Games and its inner workings. It wasn’t so much the drama or the tributes that fueled it, it was the arenas. Like the intricate clock arena of the Seventy-Fifth and the unforgiving oasis of the Seventy-Seventh. Upon the death of the traitorous Thames Hyperion during the events of Haus Der Toten, Pearl would use inspiration from arenas like those and implement them into her own designs.
With the help of A.I supercomputers Vi and Pax, alongside her own leadership prowess and “laizezz-faire” attitude with her fellow Gamemakers, her arenas since the 95th were enough to marvel and entertain the public – biding enough time for her true magnum opus – the Fourth Quarter Quell arena.
Its the 100th Hunger Games in which Ms. Singh plans to re-invent the old boring formula her predecessors have followed.
In terms of personal life, Pearlana is like many upper-echelon Capitolites, a socialite at heart. She enjoys PR opportunities, parties and so on. Pearlana is currently married to Armitage DeWynter and have one five year old son together.
When asked about taking on her husband’s last name, Pearl insisted on forging a name separate of the famed DeWynter Family.
